it has been over one full week since i quit smoking. that is over 176 hours...and counting! without cheating at all! 
to make that even more unbelievable...i did it even with my mom visiting from NM. 4 days of touristy mom stress as we went to the zoo, shopped, walked Philly, and played scrabble. ha ha. i am so proud of myself!
Thursday night my mom, Matt, and i went and saw the play Oklahoma! ha ha. it was kinda cheesy but pretty fun..and we had really good seats in the orchastra which rawked. Friday durring the day we went to the zoo..but i was bummed out cause my favorite exhibit..the monkey house..was down for renovations. sigh. on Saturday evening my mom and i went to Warmdaddys for some soul food and blues. that was a great time as well. the food wasn't as good as sould food night at MOI..but i had catfish and it was pretty damn good anyway.
got alot of cool new stuff too. shopping with a parent is pretty great..especially when it only happens once a year so you get lots of awesome stuff. ha ha. i got a great new pair of Puma's..they are pink and black and i luv em. and a cute new skirt, an great new dress, and a bunch of other stuff too. i feel so spoiled...weeeeeeeeeeee for me!
of course now its Monday...mom's gone..and i am back at work. i am not ready to get back into work mode..but i guess i don't really have a choice.
and i cannot wait to see Matt......i missed him this weekend. and Blonde Redhead is on Wed...gonna get my tickets for us tonight on my way home. la la.
oh oh oh...and and and......i rode my bike to work today....first time since Winter. horrrrrrrrrrrrrrah for me. it wasn't as hard as i thought it would be

I'm only going on four days. Problem is, the girl I have living with me, the word "condsideration" does not exist evidently in her vocabluary. She and her bigmouth boyfriend sat in my living room smoking thier faces off last night. I thought I was going to kill her
