On the relationship subject, my problem is the opposite of what your asking an answer to. Is a relationship worth starting if you already know what would go wrong with it? (opposites do not always attract) talk about frustration confused

The only problems I've had with the patch are a dull ache right when I put it on but it does not last long, it also itch on and off. The worst problem I've had with it is sleeping with it still on. I will continuously wake up through out the night, but once I take it off I've had no problems.

The routine is what has always stymied me in the passed. Hey, I just ate I need a smoke, I'm in the car I need a smoke, and so on.
