my head is reeling in pain.
i drove home tonight from work with a mindset that yes, indeed, i would go to my yoga practice. i would go to class and get out some of these stressors, since the biggest drain on my sanity is happening now and culminates in a very sleep deprived manboss this weekend.

when i walked in the door, however, i was hit with coffee aroma and i closed the door, left coat, hat and gloves on as i climbed the stairs, and stood in the doorway of the boyfriend's studio and told him, plainly that i wasn't going to practice tonight, and that, instead, i wanted to chill out, have coffee and a cigarette with him.

besides, i arrived with eight minutes to change, have some coffee, quell the headache and walk to the yoga studio. it just wasn't happening.

instead, the lovely girl called me to go on a walk for coffee, and that sounded much better than rushing to get to yoga. besides, a two mile walk with a good friend will be even better, don't you think?
