tonite i was walking home from a friends house and i passed by a pentecostal church that was in full swing. i could hear the screaming, crying, shouting, and even more disturbing the "speaking in tongues". it was mildly terrifying. it brought back a rush of memories of growing up.
i don't have much to say about that part of my life except:

i spent last nite sleeping in a hospital room with at least a dozen electrodes attached to me. most of them were attached to various spots on my head and a mic taped to my neck. it was a blast.

Good thing your hair is short. My brother had to do that when he was a young'un, and he didn't get the sticky electrode glue stuff out of his hair for at least a week and a half.

Now, that could have been just 'cos he was a dirty little kid--but one never knows for sure, I suppose.
