Ha! Yesterday (April 3rd) was pretty much the most uneventful birthday. Ever... But who cares right? I however, have bought myself the greatest birthday present ever! What is it you may, or may not, be asking? I just booked a trip to Iceland! Yes! I'll be leaving in May!
This is my first time traveling internationally for personal reasons, previous trips have been with the military. So I don't have a passport, which means I also applied for one today and paid the high fees to have it expedited. But it will be completely worth it.
I have no idea what to do in Iceland, no idea whatsoever. But it doesn't matter, I really can't think of a cooler place to go on a whim. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
So happy birthday to me! And in a little over a month I'll be chilling in the warm waters of the Blue Lagoon!
