After 11 years active duty college may just be the end of me. Sitting through class while punk kids crack jokes and act obnoxiously is quick to set me off. Just need to keep reminding myself it will be well worth it in the end.

Breathe.... lol

just rest easy knowing the professors will love you more than those asswipes.    sit at the front and ignore them.

I encountered the same problems when I went back to school after being active duty for 10 years!

Still not drinking! I feel its a bit of an accomplishment

I'm leaving Alaska for good on the 20th of this month. Heading back home through Canada to Indianapolis. 4000+ miles to put this all behind me. Hopefully the place hasn't changed too much since I've been gone.

What's the plan? Fuck if I know. I'll be going to college but my choices of majors...

I've been in Iceland for 2 full days now and I must say this place is gorgeous. But we already know that don't we?

I'm taking lots of pictures and exploring as much of Reykjavik as possible. So much to see while I'm here.

I'll make an album when I return back to Anchorage.

Ha! Yesterday (April 3rd) was pretty much the most uneventful birthday. Ever... But who cares right? I however, have bought myself the greatest birthday present ever! What is it you may, or may not, be asking? I just booked a trip to Iceland! Yes! I'll be leaving in May!

I smart friend of mine told me to make a list....

Life is hard for a million different reasons. My friend's husband just died and she's pregnant with their second child. Another friend might lose his legs to diabetes but...

Some scientists believe that there are an infinite number of universes that exist beyond our own. The idea is that every time a choice in life is presented each option is explored in an alternate world. To imagine yourself at a fork in the road you can go left or right. In this existence you go left but in another you go right. This happens...

For me depression is my inability to escape my past. Living with guilt, remorse, and resentment and the inescapable fear that goes with it. 2 months sober has left me facing my past for the first time with clear eyes and I am not at all happy with what I see. I've burnt bridges, broken hearts, and I've been a complete asshole for a long...

I have had a pretty blessed life. I've also managed to have a lot of fun in my short stint on Earth. But it became quite clear that something was wrong with my thought process and the way I was living. Eventually I managed to come to terms that somewhere along the lines I had gone from a normal drinker to being an alcoholic.

I've...
