i cut my bangs...



It POURED today out here. The rain out here, although I kinda sorta know what to expect; it's Texas, and the the weather out here is CRAZY. One second it's sunny and hotter than hell and then all of the sudden it starts to pour buckets and buckets of rain as if God is sending in another flood...

scary stuff. But over all, the last few days out here have been very pretty.

I am STILL looking for a photographer btw... I contacted the local SG photographer out here but he is very busy with a movie (how exciting is that?!)... and a little turned off by the fact that I have so many sets in member review.

I guess I can understand that; that's just more reason for me to delete shit.

As excited as I am about being back in texas and doing more sets for SG, part of me wonders...

should I bother? :shrugs: I know it takes some girls a good year to get a new front page set... but at the same time... there are girls who have new sets on a regular basis (and most of them for good reason - they're fucking gorgeous, and they have access to GREAT photographers)...

anyhoo. I don't want to start this all over again. This self-doubt. I know I can come up with something amazing and ultimately I am still ultra-excited and I am not giving up.

I got a new job! I am SO excited about it. I will talk more about that in another post... but I just wanted to share my joy It was SO difficult for me in California; I would send out hundreds of resumes without any responses... and out here in ATX, the economy is SO much better - ppl out here are not in the situation that the majority of ppl in ca are in...

Also, they offer all kinds of medical coverage! EEEE! So hopefully I can fix my teeth and see a doctor to find out about all the weird shit that's been going on.

I am still very concerned about the black outs. I have no idea what they are from, but I am beginning to notice other symptoms as well... slurred speech, cognitive difficulties, uncontrollable "tremors", mostly in my legs and general "pain" (perhaps, my so-called "fibromyalgia" is not really fibormyalgia.. maybe it's something else?)

I dunno... My mom scared me the other day and mentioned MS.

I spent the whole night looking stuff up on it... needless to say, I didn't sleep.

Ultimately, something is not right... but it beats the hell outta me as to what it is. Blacking out tho; not good, not good...

OMG. I finally figured out how to add pics to my "FAVORITE PICS" haha. what a moron I am! There is just so much going on on this site all the time I guess I never seem to get it all..

Also, on another random note; I feel very much "alone" out here in ATX as a SG... there are not many of us out here! that totally sucks. Austin is a great place to recruit for SG and I hoping to do that (cause I LOVE taking pictures)... but I want to get a few more sets under my belt before then; so I have something to "show" you know??? I hate having so many set sitting in member review; I wish I could just delete them now and be done with it...

Oh well

I;m constantly looking at them and making notes about things I hate and plan to change/avoid in future sets.

So yes... if you haven't read; I'm starting from scratch. And will be deleting sets once the ninety day "waiting" period has passed...

If anyone wants to send in (or let me "borrow") props me to use in future sets, let me know! :grin:

So the other day I was thrift store shopping and get a really pretty black wrap-around dress and some misc props...

my little sister (hahaha), she takes the original sticker off one of the things and replaces it with a 2.99 sticker that was stuck to her arm. She says, "the sticker was stuck to my arm! It's a sign"

I couldn't stop laughing. I didn't think it would work. And I figured the lady at the front would just charge us for a skirt and not even look at the sticker...

I kinda felt guilty, but at the same time the lady at the counter didn't think anything of it. She charged us 2.99 and was probably glad to get it out of the store - It was a "hoop skirt" (more of a netting/petty-coat), something to be worn under a HUGE dress...

needless to say, THAT is going to be in my next set; it's so awesome! It's gonna be super elegant-gothic and ultra creative...

I also got a hat, a basket and some other "stuff"... I just can't stop thinking about how fun this next set is gonna be. My little sister and I are basing the idea off "vampire romance" novels... if u can imagine that. We're even drawing it out, like a damn comic book...

perhaps I will post some pics/scans... perhaps I will let it be a complete surprise... either way. i can't wait to share with you all - i so so so hope u like it.

Got some books at 75% off at Borders with Boo (my little sis)... some witch craft stuff (I used to be into that in highschool... I enjoyed reading up on it; it's very fasinating) I plan to pick it back up... some psychic stuff... astrology stuff... 4 books for about 15 bucks! I love a good bargain!
