About to set sail on the latest cheesecake creation. Right now I have fresh pineapple, pear, mango and kiwi soaking overnight in Myers Dark Rum and St. Germain liquor. That will be used in the body and topping of the cheesecake. Of course it will be covered in a dark chocolate, pecan shell.
I call this Redemption. At the moment I am stumped. I am attempting my first savory cheesecake. With a goat cheese base, and am struggling to figure out what to use with it. I know it will come to me, but at this point, I am not against accepting help.

Much to even my own surprise I have finished my latest cheesecake. I know it took a long time to get to it, but I am very surprised/puzzled by the results. I don't know if taking such a long break had anything to do with it, but aside from the total confusion of what to make, this one was quicker, easier, and came together so much better then any other one I made. Everything went great, now all I can do is worry, and wonder why ??????? December 23d, 2012 is approaching fast....

I have to admit, the Internet (and ebay ) is dangerous, besides for my 2 home computers, I now have 3 laptops, and a tablet, all of which I am in the process of rebuilding/upgrading. The only thing that worries me, is what will I decide to tackle next ???????
