Well, I am 12 days cigarette free and I must say I am doing better than I thought I would! I guess being unwell when starting helps as I was focused on getting better rather than having a cigarette. Now that I am feeling much better, I'm getting the occasional craving. Nothing terrible, but there are moments where I walk outside to gorgeous sunshine and think 'a smoke would be great right about now'.
Hopefully I can keep this up, it really is a good time to be doing it. Hubby and I are ready to start a family, and health wise I am currently on a FODMAP diet (as I was recently diagnosed with IBS, and this diet seems to be helping).
Now that I on a roll, lets hope it continues! Wish me luck! :)
