Having been on the receiving end of a "king hit" or more appropriately named a cowards punch, l wholeheartedly agree with the new penalties, l never saw it coming and the first l knew what had happened was  when l woke in hospital, we have to change  the culture through education and serious penalties..

back the truck up and shut the front door. Having surgery in a few hours to remove wisdom teeth. Hoping I wake up very high and the stitches heal fast as mine aren't going to be easy to remove :(
