I know some of my friends are really cool, nice good guys who, yeah, are a little afraid to get talking with a girl because so many girls will cut down a guy just for trying to speak to them. Its a tough one because so many ass holes with only one thing on their mind give the true good guys a bad wrap.... Its a tricky game and the way to play it is to keep your chin up and keep getting out there and you never know the next guy you talk to may just be one of the ones who will genuinely be interested in getting to know who you are and see if that special energy comes along that you feel when you connect with someone you like..... which I think I one of the most special things in the universe.

seriously, just cut him out for at least a fortnight, there's no rush if you really are going to get it back on, what's a fortnight?? just concentrate on the other things in your life for awhile and put him on the back burner. i've been in this situation very recently and ya gotta suck it up, make a pledge to not contact them, and when you've gone a few days everything will look different.
