oh thank god.
nobody won my retirement lottery last night (forgot to buy a ticket), so now when i win on wednesday, there will be that much more to share
and yes, you are invited to the bill-burning party
this is life right now: working then working some more, then fantasizing about not working. work is enjoyable, there's not a day i come home without a sense that the world is a marginally more informed, slightly more healthful, aware and lighter place to be. it's just that coming home from work every day for the last three months gets to be a bit of a grind. so yay for next weekend and memorial day mondays

What do you work as? " there's not a day i come home without a sense that the world is a marginally more informed, slightly more healthful, aware and lighter place to be" - this is a beautiful thing to be able to say.
I haven't really dealt with any machine shops outside of my local Red Rooster, so I don't know where's good & where's shady. Sorry I can't be of any more help
