Ouchies.....I was at the swimming today for a hour or so, went to the gym with my sister for two hours..walked the dog a stupidly long distance, practiced my poi for a while and alot more stupidly over active things..
Now my body feels like I walked in front of a car...I need huggles and snuggles..and a good strong pair of hands won't go amiss...
going to crawl up the stairs now, go to bed and moan...ugh and its a 7 start in the morning......EVIL!!!

That sure is a lot of activates, if I was there I would give you huggles and snuggles.
