That flight will be a marathon. I did one last year to the east coast, but Las Vegas is a hell of a flight again. But it'll be worth it, my friend is going for work on Monday, she's well excited. I'll ask her how it was.

Ouchies.....I was at the swimming today for a hour or so, went to the gym with my sister for two hours..walked the dog a stupidly long distance, practiced my poi for a while and alot more stupidly over active things..

Now my body feels like I walked in front of a car...I need huggles and snuggles..and a good strong pair of hands won't go amiss......

been up since eight doing washing, cleaning and (big shock) gardening, yes I know how to plant things and my gadren is looking god damn great, lilys, ivy, dizzy lizzys and I've got some white rose bushes planted...but its been a lot of digging.
