Too overt. Too risky.
But I need to learn how.
And I know this is a kid teetering on the edge of a straight-drop waterslide. There's the jets just spraying cold water on your ankles as the yellow plastic beneath you burns the soles of your feet. The lifeguard is bored and ready to kick you down the damn shoot, and line backed all the way up the ladder is demanding that he does, but you're staring down at kiddie pool 120 feet below you and looking at what appears to be a 5% shot at survival.
It's fucking scary.
But the cool thing about it?
Next time- it'll be fun.
