nice work. what's scary is when you pick up something 30 lbs + and think that you used to carry that on your body. i think in total i've lost about 50 lbs from what i was about 3 years ago.

(i read non of it) i forget what i was going to say...

at times like these its nice to lie on ones back and look at the ceiling, if theres some one there in the room, get them to do it to (if they dont want to i recoment forcing them to) no music no talking just tooking at the ceiling. yes that is good,
that's always a good idea. like saying lie down before you hurt yourself but strangely enough it works on emotions aswell
