well, with summer solstice gone we are gradually losing daylight...not that you can tell! still loads of sunshine, up until 11:00pm....been catching super size king salmon - we are running out of freezer space, and still have to get some reds and silvers....the silvers are so much fun, they tap-dance on top of the water when you hook 'em...

our cat and the squirrel have been chasing each other all morning, every so often i hear a big bellowing "MMRRRROWWWW" and Maggie comes barrelling inside panting...silly cat

i find out tomorrow - hopefully - if i get the job i interviewed for...i have been spoilt with time off and part-time before that, that i really don't know how i feel about 5 days a week...i don't need to work full-time, but the clinic is fairly close to us here and finding ANY work close to us out here is rare...i am thinking if i get in there now, perhaps after 6 months to a year i may be able to get a part-time position when one is available - that way i can get established and be the main dental assistant, and eventually train someone for my position and i can cut down on my hours and live life...this job is gonna cut into some fishing time!
