Actually, I think I'll be (finally) posting a journal update with some of what's been keeping me busy. Granted, you look like you may be leaving? Anyways, no, I'm not yugoslavian. While I am half russian, that's not where the name comes from. I actually stole it from a novel, as the word meant "luck" and I liked the sound of it. I've always been somewhat fascinated by the concept, and enjoy handing the 4 leaf clovers I've always constantly found out to everyone I know.

You're right though, I did love Lain. While it's not on my anime shelves any longer, I definitely enjoyed it, and it's oh so good weirdness. I could totally see my apartment ending up like that if I werent careful.

Didn't have any odd dreams myself last night, but then I only slept for 2 hours. My head just feels like seven shades of wrong today.

I don't think I've had a martini either. I've gotten vodka gimlets... then just eliminated the fancy and gotten vodka and waters with lots o ice and crushed up limes into them. Tastes exactly the same.

Havne't been to the smallest bar; guess I saw it on Atell's show. Haven't seen the smallest park yet either.

Sorry to hear bout these things. I have some recurring problems that haven't been diagnosed yet. I believe I go whizz a lot more than I should, for one. I've had some preliminary checks (such as diabetes testing, prostate exam) but nothing really concrete... and I've been off medical insurance for a while, so that's been left for later tests when I finally get some.
I dunno what you looked like before; I think you look great now... but I understand the desire to lose weight, get a notch down on the belt even if one doesn't change looks much. Constant fevers have to suck, judging from my very bad fever experiences.

Dealing with the consequences is not what my concern is. The truth is I promised to keep the secret. I do think I convinced him to tell his family. I suspect some of them know and I am absolutely cerain that their love for him will stand by him. He and I were each an "adopted" member of the others family so I know them pretty well.
