New tattoo! Next one is going to be in a month. This last one goes along with the flower theme I've started on my feet, ankles and shins. It's on my left leg, two large red poppies sprouting these crazy looking poppy leaves. You should really look up the symbolism behind the poppy flower. Commonly it represents eternal life, fertility, femininity and the loyalty and faith between lovers. It also represents higher conciousness and magic. This is not necessarily my favorite tattoo, but it may have something to do with the stripeyness of the coloring, between the black, red and fleshtone, it's a bit too much for the eyes to handle, and the peony on my other leg is a lot larger and clearer, but I don't regret it. The Peony was the absolute most painful tattoo I have gotten to date, and the poppies were almost a walk in the park in comparisson. My next tattoo is on June 24th or something like that. I haven't decided what I'm getting yet, but it's up in the air between some script to expand the pieces I have on my ankles and that little black cat tattoo I've been considering for a long time. I can't wait for these poppies to heal, I think they'll be a lot less dark and overbearing once the swelling goes down and there's not a massive glob of aquaphore marinating on top of it.
I've spent the last couple days inviting friends over to break in my new pipe
