Butt implants!? They can do that? Can't really tell from that picture how big or small your butt is. All womens butts look great when they are laying on their stomach. You really would have to do a picture from the side or three-quarters view, while standing, to be able to tell. I think the color you have now looks great but dye it blonde if you want to.
