It is very hard to get what I want. Did you know that the cheapest available, non recycled BMW car battery costs EIGHTY TWO DOLLARS after tax?! Holy shit! The guy I bought my beemer from had a stereo system in it previously, but when he took it out, there was a positive wire still connected to the battery that Sheldon and I didn't notice, so the entire time I was rolling around with no idea, the damn wire was slowly draining and corroding my battery into a useless scrap of junk! I swore to myself I wouldn't overdraft my debit card this pay period, but due to this little emergency, and not wanting to be STRANDED without my car for any length of time, I had to spend something like 40 bucks that I don't actually have. Maybe I can make that money back in tips at work before the check clears.
Well, that's that catastrophy, I won't dwell on it anymore, but let me tell you that I made the best crab gumbo in the world tonight! Followed by these crazy delicious chocolate chip cookie bars. I am the best cook/baker ever born. Now I'm looking up all kinds of stuffed bell pepper recipes for tomorrow night. I love cooking for my man. If I had the choice, I wouldn't have to work and I'd just stay home and cook and clean and decorate and wear frilly aprons and dresses and high heels
Oh, so this morning Sheldon and I woke up early to go downtown to get my Boise City Business Lisence. It was a complete fiasco! I was told that I could get ahold of it by going to the court house, so I did but then the lady at the front desk told me that I had to go to the Owyhee Plaza Hotel to get my "occupational license", so I went there, but the man at the counter told me it was a state office and I had to go to City Hall, but unknowingly, Sheldon drove us to the Capitol building where we wandered around for 15 minutes just trying to find the info desk, but when we found someone who would finally tell us what was going on, he told us city hall was blocks and blocks away! Needless to say, and endeavor that should have taken 20 minutes took two hours! And that's why it is hard to get what I want. The End.
