Luckily I have it back now thanks to @vorpal for saving the day! It was one of the scariest 15 minutes of my life I swear!

The hacker appears to have sent messages to people and deleted them. I'm sorry if they said anything awful and please get in touch with me if they did.

So awesome that you are more active. It really does make you feel better. My wife and I were dedicated to our health for the last year and I lost 60 lbs. We started a healthy living group at work and it has been successful for others as well. Nothing feels better than helping others achieve their goals too.
