It's so odd the way everyone goes about thier day in silence. I walk down the street and pass people and don't say hello to anyone, and they don't even give me a nod. We actually avert our eyes as we pass so that we don't have to say anything! I never used to be like that, when did I start? Jeez, it's so rude....When I lived in Hollywood it was never like that. I knew everyone in our neighborhood, and everyone was friendly. Out here in the boonies it's like everybody hates each other. Maybe I should stop being so rude and break the pattern. Or, maybe if I smile at someone on the street as I pass I'll get shot. I guess I'll find out.

Why is everyone so angry? I mean, I know why I suppose, but still....There's something so comforting in politeness, maybe we would all feel a little better if we just had that little amount of respect for each other? Ha, this is coming from someone who used to stand on the table in a restaurant and yell "PENIS!" if I didn't get cream with my coffee. That's a whole different thing though....

I'm gonna try being nice to strangers today. If I get shot, then this is goodbye. HA HA..
