Man, I hate sitting down and doing bill-paying and such, but once I finally get it over with, it feels great. Spent an hour or so online juggling accounts, combining debts and making payments, and (aside from my negligible car payment) it looks like I'll be free of debt by the end of the year- just in time to go right back into the red for the spring semester.
Got the IUPUI course catalogue as a friendly reminder that I won't have a personal life or free time for another few years. Apparently my next math class is only 4 credit hours; looks like the 5-day-a-week headaches I had for the last year are over. Looks like I'll be able to take that and my next Spanish class without too much stress... woo-hoo.
Apparently the thing with Tony yesterday wasn't much for him to worry about; he ended up coming out of the case with a decent settlement. No bail needed.
He and I headed out last night to see some DJs and get some dancing in. People were friendly, and I was in a good mood. Some random group of women began dancing with me, following me around for the rest of the night. Kind of creepy, kind of interesting. I'm a little raver-kid when I dance- I can't dance with other people that well (some smart-alecks might say I can't dance at all) and would prefer to just be left alone, but the attention made me feel kind of. Well. Kind of cute. A welcome change-of-pace from the "Jesus, I look hideous" feeling, and a good self-esteem booster. Shame I wasn't interested in the two from the group who seemed most interested in me.
And for one stupid as hell observation: trimming up my sideburns last night, I noticed one of them has turned almost completely red, and flecks of red are creeping up into the rest of my hair. I could see starting to go grey, but... red? It looks like my hair is slowly turning into copper wire. Just how cool and pseudo-gothy can I be if my black hair changes colors? Bleah.

I almost went to IUPUI. In fact, I wish I could go there so I could stay in the city. No theatre major though. Sadness.

I found this liveset today (realaudio, 22mb, 1hr 42min)... for some reason, it struck me as being your "type" of house music. =) If you listen to it, lemme know if you like it...
