Tried to go out dancing last night, to little success. I think I got half an hour in before giving up the floor to guys who wanted to "lean back" and other such non-dances. Bad music, bad crowds. At least the servers and security were happy to see us.

Had a tortured little nap when I got back home, and woke up early to try to get some housework done. Got some laundry in now, so I'm at least doing something, even if the majority of my "housework" time is going to be spent online. I can't stay up too long, anyway- need to get up this afternoon to make it to Kokomo for this SGIndy thing. Woo-hoo.

Tony and I talked a little last night about local elections, and I felt woefully unknowledgeable about anything going on the city/state levels. I hate to admit it, but the governor's race really doesn't matter much to me. I'm not a property owner, I don't have children in school, I'm not a small business owner, so I really am not affected by local government. Both major party candidates want to spent millions to keep sports teams happy, so they're both bastards there... I really could not care less who wins.

Came onto SG at Tony's house, wanted to show him some of the stuff going on in the boards, etc. He burst into laughter when he saw my profile pic. With friends like these...
