...Nearly a month on and yes I'm still enjoying a spot of Zombie Bashing. So much so that tomorrow morning I'm hitting Coventry nice and early to buy an Xbox360. Eventually I will claim myself a copy of 'Dead Rising' and then I will continue bashing Zombies. Apparently in this one you can bash them with anything that looks like you might be able to pick it up. Awesome.
What else have I been doing apart from getting myself into Credit Card Debt I hear you cry...
Well let's see. I went to Subculture for the first time at the Academy in Birmingham. I appear to have left it 10 years too late (School Disco anyone?) but we had a blast anyway, so we're going back for my birthday night out in a couple of weeks. Only this time I plan to visit the little metal room earlier in the evening! I'm not sure if the girls Scott (best mate) and I met in there were impressed or not with our full blown dance routine to Limp Bizkit (What!? Nu Metal was big when we were students) or shared our amusement as we randomly broke out into The Robot (try it, everyone loves the robot) but we thought we were cool.
Caught Hinder in Brum last week with other best mate, Steve. They're a bit Bon Jovi, and they clearly think they're more rock 'n' roll than they are, but it was a good gig. Black Stone Cherry supported who are just genius, I urge you to check them out immediately!!
I've also booked for Download this year which I'm very excited about. Haven't been to a festival in a few years so should be good, a lot of my favourite bands are on or are rumoured to be on this year so,,,,
Lots of expense but just think of the fun!!
