oh my lord i cannot believe it is actually raining.

yeah, there's operation talisman sabre on very shortly - it's a yearly or two-yearly joint training exercise off the central qld coast.

I was in town the last time they came to Brisbane (Mars Volta gig I think) and The Beat had a big sign out the front welcoming all the US Sailors smile

Where is surtaj? If you are ever out Mt Gravatt way, Mughal Palace on logan road is probably the best indian food I've eaten outside of india.

(And if you're a Thai fan, Thai Flavour at Holland Park - near the TAB/down the road from the HP hotel -is likewise fantastic.
