So I've talked with my husband and we've decided we're going to take the plunge and become vegetarians. It will be good for our health and take away the guilt I have for eating poor little animals. we really didn't eat a lot of meat anyway.. mostly chicken and an occasional cheeseburger.. so hopefully it won't be a huge transition.. more so just paying more attention to what we are eating, which we need to do anyway because we've gained a little too much weight the past couple years.

After I went veggie 2 years ago I lost 20 pounds in two months and now maintain a steady weight eating whatever I want as long as it is veggie friendly. Make sure to ask questions if you have any in the group.
