I’m really pissed about the sudden cancellations of carnivals and festivals in Delaware this summer. A couple of juvenile hood rats got to popping off at each other with guns at a local carnival last weekend and one died 😢 See… this is why we can’t have nice things! 😱 #2ndAmendmentFluenza
