So.

::CRAZY STARTS NOW::

Finals classes stretch 5 months and I'm currently in my 1st month. Animation pre-production, I start all my concept work and lighting/texture studies of my future assets to build toward my final portfolio Demo Reel. I'm guessing most of you haven't seen any of my work so I attached an environment shot I did for a scene extension, A cartoon Nosferatu for an animation reel as well as a "Work In Progress" concept pirate character I'm sculpting in my own free time...

Needless to say I'm very busy and haven't had much time to sit and do a blog but hopefully this will do good until I can put more of my progress up and my final Demo Reel :o)

I had a ex-friend who majored in cinematography for the booming movie biz in STL. Needless to say, he now works as a medical billing bitch. (He was my friend first then went with my ex-fiancee in the break up) But he never did any fun animation stuff. He's convinced he is going to work for Adult Swim....

Sounds a little shitty... but I do love St. Louis...at the same time I realize I'm not going to go anywhere in that city as far as CG animation. I'm hoping to get on with a studio in Boston, Chicago or Vancouver. It's exciting to think about but it's extremely cut throat in competition for a job...
