it's kinda frustrating that you can't ask for models on here! i so badly want to do photoshoots with girls and help them become SG's in return me possibly becoming a staff photographer but it's so hard when the boards you go to where the models are looking for photographers are so random. why not by something that would make it easier, like by location....

Don't do anything too drastic. It'll seem like a chore, and you'll be less likely to follow though completely. Red Delicious apples and unsalted peanuts in the shell are good at filling you up and have a ton of fiber. Soy Bocca burgers or Meatless Grillers are good alone with a little ketchup. If you have to eat pasta from time to time, get whole grain. Get outside and walk for a half hour a few times a week. After a couple of weeks, you'll feel and notice a difference. Then you can up the intensity or duration of exercise. For now, I would just pay attention to what and how much you eat within reason and move more. Good luck!
