hey guys i'm trying really really hard to lose some weight and i need healthy foods, or easy workouts, random comments that would help do so leave me a comment here or send me a message. also i need some healthy food recipes!

Don't do anything too drastic. It'll seem like a chore, and you'll be less likely to follow though completely. Red Delicious apples and unsalted peanuts in the shell are good at filling you up and have a ton of fiber. Soy Bocca burgers or Meatless Grillers are good alone with a little ketchup. If you have to eat pasta from time to time, get whole grain. Get outside and walk for a half hour a few times a week. After a couple of weeks, you'll feel and notice a difference. Then you can up the intensity or duration of exercise. For now, I would just pay attention to what and how much you eat within reason and move more. Good luck!
