Happy Sunday!! biggrin

I am being lazy on the couch with the doggie...and it is so nice! So, what's new???

I painted my foyer last weekend and love it! I will post some pictures soon. I am thinking of painting my family room today, but that requires effort, and I am not sure if I have it!!! wink

Got my hair cut & colored yesterday, and I love it. Pictures of that to come too!!

Had a surprise birthday party for my best guy friend's mom yesterday!! She was shocked!! It was a good time. Last night I ate WAY too much sushi. There is some left over in the fridge, which scares me and makes me happy at the same time.

I am going camping, which makes me happy. Took Spike to the vet yesterday to make sure she was all up to date on her shots, heartworm stuff, and flea/tick stuff.

Having house guests this weekend, and I can't wait!!! biggrin

Gods I had so much fun. You have such a great house, and we really appreciate you letting us crash there.

I've got the necklace knotted and the earrings made. I'll take pics so you can see them before I send the package off. You were definitely right about the earrings, they look great just as you said they would. My headpins fit just barely, the ones I got from Fire Mountain, so they're obviously thinner gauge.

We got home with no problems about 6:00 and, irony of ironies (after discussing what some people will claim when they lose food to power outages) our fridge and freezer went on the blink while we were gone. frown We didn't lose much stuff, but there was sure a lot of water on the floor from the melting ice. Now we have a couple of borrowed dorm-sized fridges scattered about with our food in them. We have a contract with Sears, but they won't be out until next Monday to fix it. Grrrr! mad Oh well.

I miss you already and wished we could have stayed longer (though just as well we didn't as it turns out). I need to get the pics ready for posting and update soon.
