I am sure you all remember the adorable little face from my last journal. However, I am having some serious second thoughts though. It was really a split second decision. He cried all night last night, and Spike is having some serious jealousy issues.
It was easier this weekend when the boy was here, but he obviously needs to leave and go to work and everything. He also has two dogs, so it is quite the full house when we get together. I keep thinking about the trip to Cabo we are taking, and we have to find baby-sitters for 4 dogs!!
My dad doesn't mind keeping Spike, but he doesn't want to deal with a puppy and he doesn't like big dogs, which Tank will be.
He came from a rescue group, not a shelter, so if he goes back, he'll be going back to his brothers & sister. It also doesn't help that I am so spoiled with Spike . I sit down to go to work and she lays down and goes to sleep.
What do you guys think?? Should I take him back to his foster home until I am 100% certain, or should I just fight through it?
**UPDATE**
He is doing better today and so is she. She growled at him when they were eating bones, and he stopped going towards hers. She has her bed under my desk (I work from home) and he is laying on a big pillow/bed thingy. She is getting a lot of attention, and he is sort of playing on his own and learning that during the day he has to occupy himself, and sleep.
I am making sure he is staying out of her bed and on his, so that she has her special spot without him messing with her.
I am going to give it a few more days and see how it goes.
