A few dietary changes... no more dairy... bye bye cows. I will still have cheese from time to time. But milk, yogurt, ice cream. Nope... thank god for soy!
I figured it like this... I eat on average 3-4 meals a day, and small snacks (fruit mostly, and carrots w/ peanut butter), so thats 21 to 28 meals a week. So for simplicity, we will say 25 meals a week. In order to actually do this, I will need to give myself some cheat room. So, for that, I give myself 3 meals, out of the 25 where I can eat whatever the fuck I want (which usually isnt too bad of shit anyway, salad at chipotle, no big deal)
I have made some soap changes as well. Carley's Clear and Smooth comes highly recomended. It is all organic, besides the 2.5% Benzoyl Peroxide solution. We shall see. Bye bye chemicals.
Other changes...
1. I have to find a place to live.. fuck.My lease ends April 1, so I am outa this place. I don't wanna get another place, or move into someone elses house/apt, till I am sure I have a job, and am sure I am staying... In the meantime... eh, who knows.
2. I have an orientation for a job Saturday. It's a security job that pays like 21 an hour. It's at a fed bldng and requires a clearance. I am not sure, if I get the job, how I will go about it. If I stay in this area (god I want to) I will have to work a lot more. So if I get a full time job 9 to 5 type government thing, I will try and work the sec part time... maybe sat/sun. Or, I may do the Sec thing and work there like 60hrs a week, since I am told you can get all the overtime you please. Who the fuck knows... this is very nerve racking.
3. Spending money I don't have (thank god for 12 month no interest credit cards, as if i don't have enough debt) I got more tat work done tonight. I will post pics once the goop is gone.
