Ha! what a funny week. I proved to myself that I'm not a kid anymore. Arrrrr I won't be going gently into that dark night though!! Rage! Rage!
So the Modest Mouse show in SD sucked major ass. The venue was too big, sold out, and the crowd was a fucking joke...really bad vibe. Isaac spent a lot of time cursing at people and generaly being pissed off at the wankers.
Next night in LA was one of the best Mouse shows I've ever seen!! It was ten times better. The band was tight! The crowd was awesome. The venue was 75% smaller, sold out, but still had plenty of room to run around (Henry Fonda theatre). Basically everyone was happy and lovin' it...great show.
I was suppost to see the Ninja Tune crew in LA last night but spent all day in bed...unable to move after a stupid workout stunt the day befor. What a dork. So I missed Amon Tobin, Bonobo, Kid Koala, and a bunch of others.
Awww, summer is coming...beach maddness, south swell baja surf trips, and lazy days!!!
Oh yeah, I feel like traveling damnit!!! Tropics, warm water, tann skin, and a good fuck it all aditude!!

I think the art exchange could work, as long as it was a small enuff group where we could assist each other. I'll post the details of how it breaks down in my head a lil later.
