Little update. Turns out my roommate went on a hunting trip with his day, fortunately I found out before filing a missing persons report. The cookies were a fiasco from the start, I had to run to the store for more butter and chocolate chips. I had never considered the order ingredients went in could be important so instead of mixing everything step by step I tried to mix it all at once but without a heavy duty mixer I was unable to thoroughly mix everything together creating a batch of cookie shaped horrors. The chicken parmesan, however was quite good
