I gained a fee reduction due to the fact that I'm white trash! Shaves off 'bout 25%, itz amazing what the govt will let you get away with, ha, ha!!!
I also learnt how to compensate for the "Reciprocity law of failure"... I don't understand it, but now know how to fix...

a friend bought me a ticket on his credit card... and now that i'm gainfully employed i can pay him back AND buy david bowie paraphenalia at the concert.
