It took a long ass time, and lots of grinding it out at 315 and 365, but I finally deadlifted 405lbs! It's a PB for me, and I totally feel I can pass that. But for now I'm pretty pumped with my gains.
Saw the show last night in Winnipeg, and it was fantastic! Had a real good time, and the ladies performed real well. Good job Ladies!
