so i'm now officially obligated to keep my Skullgrid handle forever, since, well, um:
i really love how my artist left off the outlines toward the bottom of the "neck" part to give a "fadeout/disintegrating" type effect. the machine he used for the coloring (he builds his own machines, btw) was pretty cool too: 7 tiny needles side-by-side to give more of a paint-brush-stroke effect. very cool. three shades of blue. i finally have some color on me! pretty stoked with this one
