she removed the guts:

then i carved it (pretty bad-ass lookin pumpkin if i do say so):


and took a b&w pic ("that looks more spooky") of her with the finished product:


then, because i couldn't get the goddamn flash to turn off, i had to take a video to capture the full effect of it lit up in the dark. it became two videos, which she insisted on providing a voice-over for:
