Ahh public performances.
Had a gig last night at a local coffee house playing those popular lounge hits of the 60', 70's and 80's. Went well I suppose. A few minor kinks to work out and my pianist and I are ready to seriously turn out such great hits as "No one is to Blame", "Enjoy the Silence", "Cruel Summer" and "Space Oddity". Who knows how long this project will last. It's quite fun actually, shocking people with a black pomp and painted fingernails belting out Elton John songs as if I were Auditioning for American Idol. It's too bad not everyone can hear it for themselves. Take care all!
QUESTION OF THE DAY:
What is the one band everyone needs to know?

Okay, so you lived in CP, on Chase. You know how the neighborhood goes. I live by Desoto and Saticoy, the ghetto. So here's the thing. In a neighborhood that is like 90% hispanic, there are about 5% hispanics in my building. This is not because it is an upscale building ... oh no, it is because the nice working class Mexicans refuse to live with the white trash tweakers in my building. Just an observation. I swear, the slumlord is almost the least of my worries.
So in answer to your question from the other day: If your wife's biological time clock is ticking, just send Bebe's kids, er, I mean, MY kids to your house for a week. It's win/win, I tell you. I get a break ... and your wife goes in to get sterilized the day they leave!
