The NEXT FIVE YEARS will be THE SAME AS THE LAST unless you DO SOMETHING!
Saw this on a promo card for some "work from home" scam at a cash machine a few years ago and it stuck with me, partly because (although the previous five years had been pretty good) I thought I could understand the sentiment. Now, just nine months into the working world, I can truly appreciate the idea for the full horror it represents. 9 months seems a soul-destroyingly long time to be taking peoples' money from them. Five years would be unforgiveable.
Goddamnit, I WILL NOT LET IT GET TO THAT.
I am going back to uni. I don't know when, but I will do it. A course in illustration seems appealing.

lolablu:
I say do it. Fuck what people call "practicality." It's practical to do something that won't make you hate yourself for the rest of your life.
