The time has come to tighten the belt, eat right, and get my fat ass back into the gym. In the weeks leading up to the glutinous day known as Thanksgiven I broke not one but TWO chairs. Now, let me clarify in case you don't catch my meaning. I didn't break these chairs in any way fun like smashing them on the concert or in some kind of elaborate stunt for the You Tubes. No I broke these chairs in the old fashioned why... I sat I them. Embearesing, I know. A lest there was no one around to see my ass break them. What real sucks is that the first chair was the recliner in my man cave. The chair in which I spent hundreds of hours gaming. Those hundreds of hours of play video game, I'm sure, in no small part have contributed to the sad state of my body.
Right now I top out at 274 lbs. While this is not the heaviest I've ever been ( I was 300 lbds at 15), it's still pritty damn close. Right after all the Thanksgiving leftovers are gone I'm go on a low carb diet and my goal is to get back to my lowest weight 175 lbs. I've been there before, if only for six months, so I'm pretty confident I can get there again with a little bit of hard work and a whole lot of willpower.
