Weekend!!!!
I know I only worked three days this week, but it seems like I worked twelve. We had something like 53 patient admission in my hospital last night from 3pm to 7am. Our average it usually about 35 or less. It was just insanity.
The fun (and frustrating) part about crazy nights is that all the whack jobs come crawling out of their holes and pay use a visit.
A man comes in and sits at my desk with his face all bloody and bused. He is obviously tweking on something. I ask him what a happened and he responds "Someone punched me in the face...with a hammer!"
You can't make this shit up.
