I'm getting ready for St Paddy's Day. I bought my self a crock pot, and a big bottle of Jamison today. I can't wait to make my own corned beef and cabbage.

It will be just me and the girl and anyone who randomly drops by and lots of booze

Six inches of snow and it's not going to stop until Saturday.

I have serious concerns about getting to work safe tonight, despite the fact that hospital security is picking me up.

I pretty sure that if there is a hell It's made of snow and ice and not fire and brimstone.

I know I only worked three days this week, but it seems like I worked twelve. We had something like 53 patient admission in my hospital last night from 3pm to 7am. Our average it usually about 35 or less. It was just insanity.
