There are days when you feel the need drink because life is stressful or pissing yu off or whatever. Then there are those days when you just want to sit out in the sun and crack open a beer and soak up life. Today is one of the latter. As usual, it's a beautiful day in Las Vegas, albeit a little warm. No humidity though. It kind of makes me happy to have the freedom to take an hour off from my computer and sit out sdie in the sun with a beer -- which I'm off to do right now.

....and surprise surprise...after days of gorgeous perfect weather....the closer it nears to the 4th of july...rain! can you believe it? thats seattle for you! there is nothing i would love more than to be sucking up the sun drinking a beer!

sounds like a plan. i'm gonna go home and get packed for the holiday trip. i've got a crapload of fireworks i picked up the last time i was driving to vegas from utah. heh. mortars, roman candles, good stuff.
