Actually, our land line is on some really old, basic package that is only $24/month. I asked Verizon about something cheaper and the told me that their current "basic" package is more expensive.

Also, how would I get my DirecTV DVRs to phone home with Vonage? I guess I could just backfeed the phone lines. One of the wonderful things about POTS!

Hyperextendy elbows and knees are gross if they are normally in that position. If you can do it as some sort of 'trick' that's ok though.

I'm looking to end my retirement and have had 100% weirdo interviews. On the plus side I think they all want to hire me lol. Maybe I can spark a bidding war, or a wrestling match for my services....

Woot! Tirerack.com kicks ass, they had a special on tires and I got 2 fronts for $11 LESS than the price of 1 tire before shipping! Noone local carries my fronts in ultra high performance around here 225/40-18, in standard varieties yes. My neighbor works for BMW, so he gets a new car every so often. He admitted he screwed up in ordering his cars. So far this winter, he's had a Z4 and a 5 series with summer tires. Come spring he takes delivery of a 5 series Xi - all wheel drive just in time for summer. surreal
