I step outside and the warm, balmy night air is like soft black silk against my skin. A breath of wind lifts my hair and caresses my neck, giving me goosebumps. I inhale and smell the salt of the ocean in the air. The clouds part to reveal a nearly-full moon, from which a waterfall of silver-blue light pours down upon the earth.
