I don't really feel like updating...
i just got tired of seeing that journal entry.
I got a card in the mail regarding my 20th highschool reunion.
all i can say to that is..
where the hell did the time go?
went to a wedding yesterday, my friend Bobbianne from highschool finally tied the knot.
I've always adored her boy, he's witty and cynical and looks a lot like James Spader with glasses.
My friend Bobbi walkded down that aisle like she owned it... she looked like an italian princess, just stunning.
I had fun and didn't even get drunk, i only had two drinks..
of course both times when i was off having a smoke or on the dance floor, my unfinished drinks were cleared off the table finally agitating Dorwayin enough to head for the bar and lodge a complaint
which of course scored me another drink that this final time i could actually finish.
Go D!!
I normally don't like weddings at all, but this one was different.
the food was actually very good, and the D.J played a lot of great 80's classics like New Order, The Vapors, B-52's and The Jam.
this year has been full of nostalgic turns around every corner.
and so i'll be one year older and no more wiser.
but i'm kind of surprised i even made it this far sometimes.
Life is funny in how drastically it can change within a couple years.
Makes me think of that movie "Parenthood", that whole dialogue comparing life to one big rollercoaster ride.
I can't quote it verbatim..
its been so long that i actually saw this film.
But it made such wonderful sense in all of its simplicity.
damn... i'm boring!
but i'm getting back on the ride anyway, because you never know where it's going to take you..
and its the not knowing that actually makes it kind of cool.

Actually eating oysters raw can be a health risk ... if the waters they are harvested from are not monitored one can contract hepatitis ... so if you have had or not had ... could be a good thing not to eat them raw.
